People often call Hunza Valley the spectacular Heaven on Earth. Hunza Peak, Rakaposhi, Ultar Sar, and Ladyfinger Peak surround the Hunza Valley. This valley offers various beautiful natural sights that attract millions of tourists. Two major historical attractions are Altit Fort and Baltit Fort.
The Hunza Valley is a remarkable destination that showcases the surreal beauty, favorable climate, and rich culture of Pakistan’s Northern Areas. Families and visitors of all backgrounds find the Hunza Valley safe and secure. Tourists, both international and local, are hypnotized by its stunning landscapes and attractions every year.
To fully appreciate the primary attractions of Hunza Valley and its stunning natural scenery, 5 to 8 days is recommended for visitors.
You can visit Hunza Valley the whole year through the Karakoram Highway. The best time to visit Hunza Valley is Spring (April to June), when flowers bloom and the weather is pleasant. Summer (June to September) is ideal for trekking and outdoor activities. Autumn (October to November) shows beautiful fall colors.
The Karakoram Highway greatly improves access for tourists traveling to the region. The recently constructed Hazara Expressway, which includes tunnels, has reduced the travel time from Islamabad to approximately 3 hours.
Visitors to Hunza Valley can enjoy several activities at notable locations, including Attabad Lake, the Hussaini Suspension Bridge, and Karimabad Bazar.
A flight from Islamabad to Gilgit takes about 1 hour, while a flight from Islamabad to Gilgit takes around 45 minutes. The distance from Gilgit to Hunza Valley is about 100 km, and it takes 3 to 4 hours to travel.
SCOM, Telenor, and Zong provide mobile service in the Hunza Valley, ensuring connectivity for travelers.
Spring runs from mid-March to mid-April and draws many tourists for the vibrant blossoms of cherry and apricot trees. Conversely, the autumn season, from mid-October to mid-November, is the optimal period to witness the picturesque display of falling leaves and the vibrant colors characteristic of Hunza Valley.
Hunza Valley is home to restaurants offering a range of delectable cuisines. Notable establishments include Cafe De Hunza, Rainbow Restaurant, Pizza Pamir, and a Chinese Restaurant serving pizza, burgers, fast food, and traditional local dishes available for delivery.
Standard hotel check-in is at 12:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.
Meals other than those specified are excluded from the package.
Vehicles will be provided based on group size.
ACs don’t work in Hilly Areas as the climate is moderate.
Hotels are subject to availability; guests will be accommodated in similar properties if unavailable.
The monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.

Prices may vary based on the season and the number of travelers per day in a specific region, as hotel availability is limited in hilly areas.
Any deviation from the Vehicle’s planned route at the customer’s request during the tour will be chargeable on a per-km basis.
Any breakage or damage of items at the hotels/resorts/camps/vehicles will be charged at actuals.
The package cost will not accommodate personal expenses like porterage, tips, laundry, mineral water, etc.
TripMaker reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any disturbances (i.e., severe weather conditions, political unrest or others).
Any rescheduling/rearrangement of a package due to circumstances beyond TripMaker’s control might invite additional hotel charges and/or vehicle charges.
If a traveler wants to leave the trip in the middle, the traveler will bear all expenses from that point onward. Neither the operator nor TripMaker will be responsible for such decisions or refunds.
Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers who litter may be fined.
Weather conditions at high altitudes are different from those in the plains. Take enough time to get used to high altitudes.
Prices may change based on updates to services or hotels. If the package is changed before the trip starts—such as adding more guests, extending the trip, or changing hotels—the client will need to pay the additional costs.
Hotels are available based on availability. If a hotel is not available, travelers will be placed in a similar standard property.
Listen to your tour guides, drivers, and instructors to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Please note that the package does not include all entry tickets for stupas, forts, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera fees, and activities.
Personal expenses and items for personal use are not included in the package. Meals and transfers not listed in the itinerary are not included. The package cost does not cover any drinks, including alcohol, soft drinks, or mineral water.
Transportation on mountainous routes will be in vehicles without air conditioning or heating. Please dress for the weather while traveling.
Bring enough warm clothes and the right shoes for the tour. It’s best to keep your baggage to 20 liters because you may need to carry it to the backup vehicle, your accommodation, and other places.
Please note that we require ID proof for every guest during the booking process and upon arrival.

If roads are blocked due to landslides or other uncontrollable reasons during your trip, PTP will adjust the itinerary in real time. However, any extra accommodation costs are your responsibility, as pre-booked hotels follow their cancellation policies and do not provide refunds.
Force Majeure: If a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster or political unrest, occurs, [PTP] may need to change the schedule for tours and treks or provide different itineraries. This is to keep our clients and staff safe and well.
Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks and later cancel will follow our standard cancellation policy. We will not refund any fees paid for rescheduling.
