To fully appreciate the primary attractions of Hunza Valley and its stunning natural scenery, 5 to 8 days is recommended for visitors.
You can visit Hunza Valley the whole year through the Karakoram Highway. The best time to visit Hunza Valley is Spring (April to June) offering blooming flowers and pleasant weather. Summer (June to September) is ideal for trekking and outdoor activities. Autumn (October to November) shows beautiful fall colors.
The Karakoram Highway significantly enhances accessibility for tourists traveling to the region. The recently constructed Hazara Expressway, which includes tunnels, has reduced the travel time from Islamabad to approximately 3 hours.
Visitors to Hunza Valley may engage in several activities at notable locations, such as Attabad Lake, the Hussaini Suspension Bridge, and Karimabad Bazar.
A flight from Islamabad to Gilgit takes about 1 hour, while a flight to Gilgit takes around 45 minutes. From Gilgit to Hunza Valley is about 100 km and takes a travel time of 3 to 4 hours.

The spring season spans from mid-March to mid-April and draws many tourists due to the vibrant blossoms of cherry and apricot trees. Hunza Valley is home to various restaurants that offer a range of delectable cuisine. Notable establishments include Cafe De Hunza, Rainbow Restaurant, Pizza Pamir, and a Chinese Restaurant serving pizza, burgers, fast food, and traditional local dishes available for delivery.
In recent years, numerous newly constructed hotels have opened, providing visitors with exceptional hospitality.

The prices may vary based on the season and the number of travelers traveling per day in a specific region, as there is limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
Any deviation from the Vehicle’s planned route at the customer’s request during the tour will be chargeable per km basis.
Any breakage or damage of items at the hotels/resorts/camps/vehicles will be charged at actuals.
The package cost will not accommodate personal expenses like portage, tips, laundry, mineral water, etc.
TripMaker reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any disturbances (i.e., severe weather conditions, political unrest or others).
Any rescheduling/rearrangement of a package due to circumstances beyond TripMaker’s control might invite additional hotel charges and/or vehicle charges.
If a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, the traveler will bear all the expenses from that point onwards. Neither the operator nor TripMaker will be responsible for such decisions or refunds.
Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
Weather conditions in high altitudes are different from those in the plains. Take enough time to get used to high altitudes.
Prices may change based on updates to services or hotels. If the package is changed before the trip starts—such as adding more guests, extending the trip, or changing hotels—the client will need to pay the additional costs.
Hotels are available based on availability. If a hotel is not available, travelers will be placed in a similar standard property.
Listen to your tour guides, drivers, and instructors to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Please note that the package does not include all entry tickets for stupas, forts, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera fees, and activities.
Personal expenses and items for personal use are not included in the package. Meals and transfers not listed in the itinerary are not part of the deal. The package cost does not cover any drinks, including alcohol, soft drinks, or mineral water.
Transportation on mountainous routes will be in vehicles without air conditioning or heating. Please dress for the weather while traveling.
Bring enough warm clothes and the right shoes for the tour. It’s best to keep your baggage to 20 liters because you may need to carry it to the backup vehicle, your accommodation, and other places.
Please be informed that providing ID proof is required for every individual guest during the booking process as well as upon arrival.

If roads are blocked due to landslides or other uncontrollable reasons during your trip, PTP will adjust the itinerary for you in real-time. However, any extra accommodation costs will be your responsibility, as the pre-booked hotels follow their cancellation policies and do not provide refunds.
Force Majeure: If a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster or political unrest, [PTP] may need to change the schedule for tours and treks or provide different itineraries. This is to keep our clients and staff safe and well.
Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks and later cancel will follow our standard cancellation policy. Any fees paid for rescheduling will not be refunded.
