While the entire region was amongst the most beautiful places I have ever visited anywhere in the world, no place was more beautiful than when you exit the Deosai National Park, cross the security checkpoint at Chilam (you’re in the regions bordering India now), make your way through Burzil Pass, and then enter the village of Minimarg and travel onwards to Domel. we were travelling across some of the scariest (paved and unpaved) roads and tracks in the world. It got so scary at some points, that we shut off the music and switched on Surah Rahman instead!
